Chloe E. Riffel is a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin. She received her B.S. in Education from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. Her interests are in child and adolescent health behavior, with an emphasis on nutrition and physical activity.
